Cornerstone Building Concepts was established in 2002 by Thomas McCormick. He felt that there was a strong need for greater professionalism and accountability in the construction field. In addition, he wanted to bring a more personal, attentive approach to the building process.

Cornerstone Building Concepts was created to offer customers a worry-free approach to building. Our quality of work stems not only from our desire to satisfy our customers, but because we take pride in every project — big or small. We build as if your job was our own, paying attention to the quality of work and products.

Our company is fully licensed and insured. Our General Contractor's license (CGC 1514058) is current and complaint free. Cornerstone Building Concepts carries Liability Insurance in the amount of $2 million and provides workers compensation for all employees. All subcontractors are required to carry their own liability and worker's compensation insurance as well.
